“Harathi is calm, collected, and consistently down-to-earth.

She approaches every situation with a level head and a positive attitude, which has a reassuring effect on both students and staff.  Whether discussing her child’s progress or collaborating on school events, she communicates thoughtfully and respectfully, creating a constructive dialogue.  Moreover, Harathi is actively involved in our school community, always eager to contribute and support initiatives that benefit our students. She brings a sense of practicality to every project and is adept at finding solutions that work for everyone involved.

This collaborative spirit not only enhances our school environment but also serves as an inspiring example for other parents and families. I have no doubt that Harathi Srivastava will be an asset as the school board level, bringing the same calm demeanor and collaborative approach that she exhibits in our school community.”

- Susan Acosta, Director of Noah’s Ark Christian Academy and Barrington 220 Parent

“I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Harathi both as a mentor/preceptor in her graduate work in nursing leadership, as well as in her leadership role as a Clinical Coordinator.

As a nurse, she possesses an inherent sense of care and compassion for the well-being of others and for making a positive difference in the lives of those she serves. As a leader, she leads with compassion,  courage and conviction.

Harathi is able to make tough decisions, manage difficult situations and ensure she is also hearing the voices of those she serves and those who work for, and with, her.

Her work ethic, kindness, positive attitude and creativity only add to her list of qualifications and attributes!”

She believes in actively listening to the community and collaborating with educators.

While volunteering her time on our schools PTO executive board she has been a tremendous asset on making our school year run effortlessly. Harathi always looks out for the best interest in not only our PTO organization but for all the kids, parents, and teachers participating at our school. Harathi would make a great addition to our school board.
